3 - General Sales Terms
Our services Dwyt is a new incoming agency for long stopover passengers at airports.
We offer these passengers guided tours of the city to turn this waiting time into an opportunity for discovery and enrichment: make this first - or last day of the trip one of the best.
The company offers guided tours for transit passengers at Paris Paris CDG airport, London Heathrow airport , Frankfurt airport and Brussels airport.
The classic daytime tour for Paris is the following for 7 or 8 hour stopovers:
- welcome at the airport (or hotel) by the private driver
- Transportation from the airport to Paris by private car (VTC)
- Guided tour: Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Seine quays, Notre Dame, Marais
- return to the airport by VTC private car (or hotel)
In the case of a longer stop than eight hours, we can add options like visiting another neighborhood. These tours can be done day or night.
Our service includes: - The guided tour with a local guide - The transport from the airport (or hotel) to the start of the tour and the return to the airport by private car or public transportation at the end of the tour
- A bottle of water that can be requested in the private car
The price of our tours do not include:
- Food or drink
- Souvenir gift
- Or any other expenses the customer may make during the tour
Booking the tour
To book a tour, we require payment in full, regardless of the chosen tour. The order is confirmed after the payment of the tour and after Dwyt receives all the information needed to organize the tour. A booking confirmation is sent to the client. It is important to note that the service booking is only finalized when the customer sends us the following information:
– Surname, First Name
– nationality and passport held or any possible visa
– Telephone number
– Arrival: date, time, airport, exact place (eg arrival terminal of the first plane or hotel)
– Departure: date, time, airport, exact place (for example, terminal for the second plane, etc ...)
The prices of our services may vary, the tour price valid for a booking is the one displayed when ordering. Payment terms The customer can pay by credit card using our paypal payment module. Our guides We send the client a day before the date of the guided tour an email to give the name of the guide and information about the meeting with the private chauffeur or with the guide.
Changing the programme during the visit
We reserve the right to change any part of the tour as a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including a change in guide. We also reserve the right to change the means of transport used during our visits during stopovers between the airport (or hotel) and the city or in the opposite direction in the case of public transportation problems or on the highway (traffic jam, strike) to ensure our customers are back in time for their second flight.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the event of the guide's being incapacitated or following events beyond our control such as a strike in Paris or attacks or any event that would prevent us from ensuring our customers are back at the airport in time for their second flight. If we cancel, we pledge to repay all amounts received when booking the cancelled visit. We are committed to notifying the customer by email as soon as possible in case of cancellation.
We also reserve the right to refuse the visit for any customer who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who could behave inappropriately with our guides. In this case, no refund will be made and the entire price of the booked service will be requested.
In case of delayed flight If a customer's first plane is late, the driver will wait at the airport as agreed and Dwyt will decide based on the customer's exit time if it is still possible to carry out the visit initially planned (or one adapted to the new stopover time). If the turnaround time, following the flight delay is less than 6 hours 30 minutes, the visit should be cancelled and we undertake to refund all amounts received to book the service. If the first flight is late but the stopover time is greater than 6 hours 30 minutes and the customer does not show up for the meeting with the driver, the customer will be charged the full amount of the booked service. For example, if the initial stopover is 7 hours between the two aircraft, the tour still takes place if the delay is less than or equal to 30 min. In this case, if the customer does not show up for the appointment, no refund will be made.
All participants are responsible for their own security and personal belongings and especially ID papers and mobile phones or other during the service duration.
We take all necessary precautions so the customer is never late for the second plane. We do allow for very significant margins. We undertake to organize the transport service to and from the airport (or hotel) - that is to say, the car departure from the city - minimum 2 hours 30 minutes for all our cities before the second plane leaves. We are in no way responsible for this client once they have been dropped off at the airport or hotel. But, in the exceptional case where the customer misses their second airplane during the stopover, no compensation will be provided.
When booking the tour, the customer accepts our cancellation policy. Conditions are described below:
The customer may cancel up to one week before the booked tour date at no cost except the cost of using PayPal at checkout and the cost of tour reimbursement. Less than a week before the tour date, the customer must pay 50% of the total price of booked service and the all the costs if cancelling less than 72 hours before the visit or if they do not show up at the meeting with the driver or guide. These conditions of cancellation apply if the customer wants to cancel the service unless other specific arrangements have been decided and were put in writing during booking.
Bad weather conditions are not a valid reason to cancel a tour, unless they involve bad transport conditions between the airport (or hotel) and the city. Therefore we do not cancel any visit because of rain or bad weather.
